The investment in Zabrze already crossed the halfway mark. Construction of a specialized center of heart and lung transplantation and the treatment of cystic fibrosis in children and adults, which Miastoprojekt Wroclaw provides a service project management, will be completed in the middle of next year.
Expansion of the Silesian Center for Heart Diseases began in 2012. Experts Miastoprojekt Wroclaw act as project supervisor. On the creation of specialized clinics Zabrze center and heart lung transplantation and treatment of cystic fibrosis in children and adults in Zabrze. The project concerns the development of an additional wing, unit C, which will next to the existing building B Silesian Center for Heart Diseases. The new building will accommodate labs diagnostic imaging with CT scan and magnetic resonance imaging, research laboratories, subdivision treatment of cystic fibrosis and studio bronchoscopy. Expansion of the clinic will last until mid-2015.
This is not the first big investment in the health sector, which Miastoprojekt Wroclaw implements. The company acted as a contract engineer in the expansion of the pediatric ward in the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław and provided a substitute investor service in the construction of a medical clinic at the Miedziowe Centrum Zdrowia in Legnica.
